HIIT Ultimate Cross Training Workout

Circuit training, for those who are not familiar with it, utilizes a fast paced workout style where you move from one exercise to the next with very little rest in between.  Rather than doing a set, resting, and then doing another set as conventional workouts may have you doing, with circuit training, it’s one after another until the entire circuit is completed.
