Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Made With Protizyme

Protizyme Chocolate Chip Banana Bread! Emphasis on the chocolate chip. The entire loaf is under 400 calories and packs in 32 grams of protein! Breakfast? Nailed it! Double or even triple the recipe to make a big loaf if you plan on sharing.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop Protizyme Banana Creme Protein (35 g)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour (16g)
  • 1 very ripe banana (100g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120 mL)
  • 1 Tbsp egg substitute (15 g)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips (14 g)

DIRECTIONS

    • Mash banana
    • Whisk together wet and dry ingredients
    • Stir in mashed banana
    • Add chocolate chips (add more/less or leave out)
    • Pour into sprayed mini loaf pan (or try as muffins)
    • Bake at 350° for 45 min
