Peanut Butter Pretzels Made w/White Chocolate

Start with any kind of pretzel. Twists, nuggets, sticks. A few simple ingredients, including our Peanut Butter Cookie Protizyme, and in just a few steps you have a big batch of White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels.  Add some peanuts, chocolate candies, and popcorn to the mix for an even more amazing snack! INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 scoop Peanut Butter Cookie Protizyme (12 g)
  • 3 Tbsp (@flavoredpbco) powdered peanut butter (18 g)
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk (46 mL)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar free syrup (15 mL)
  • 2 Tbsp white chocolate chips (28 g)
  • Additional 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter (18 g)
  • Additional 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Cookie Protein (6 g)
  • A dash of salt (to taste preference)
  • Roughly 3 cups pretzels (84 g)
  • I used Salted Caramel Crunch Peanut Butter from but any flavor will work!

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix together 3 Tbsp powdered peanut butter, protein powder, milk, and syrup
  • Add mixture to sauce pan and heat on low heat – stir continuously
  • Add in white chocolate chips and continue to stir until mixture is completely smooth
  • Remove from heat
  • Stir in pretzels – coat well
  • Add 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter, 1 Tbsp protein powder, and a dash of salt to large ziplock bag
  • Add pretzels to bag and shake until well coated+ Lay flat on baking sheet to dry
  • Store in ziplock bag or Tuppeware® at room temp
  • Before storing, be sure to let the pretzels dry well so they don’t lose their crunch!
