Blueberry Cookies with White Chocolate & Cranberry
Every 4th of July Celebration needs some sweets and treats! Be the Star of the party with these Red, White, and Blue Protein Cookies.
Chewy blueberries, tart cranberries, and melty white chocolate is a winning combo in these oatmeal based cookies.
Our Vanilla Cake Protizyme adds the perfect amount of sweetness! The batch makes 10 and we don’t judge if you decide not to share😉 At less than 70 calories per cookie, why would you?!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Vanilla Cake Protizyme (35 g)
- 3/4 cup quick oats (60 g)
- 2 Tbsp egg substitute (30 g)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (113 g)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries (20 g)
- 2 Tbsp dried blueberries (20 g)
- 2 Tbsp white chocolate chunks (30 g)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another
- Combine the two bowls together
- Stir in cranberries, blueberries, and white chocolate
- Drop batter on cookie sheet (recommend baking mat or parchment paper)
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
