French Toast Sticks with warm Dipping Sauce!
We suggest using our Butter Pecan Cookie Protizyme for these. It adds the perfect nutty, buttery flavor! Try melting together some peanut butter and maple syrup for an amazing dipping sauce. Best part? Kids love them too!
INGREDIENTS
French Toast
- 1/2 scoop Butter Pecan Cookie Protizyme (16 g)
- 2 slices Texas toast style bread (thick bread is best)
- 6 Tbsp egg substitute (90 g)
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk (46 mL)
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dipping Sauce

- 2 Tbsp peanut butter (32 g)
- 2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup (30 g)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut bread into slices and set aside
- Whisk together protein, egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon
- Dip bread in mixture and cook on stove top (medium heat) until lightly browned
- Microwave peanut butter and syrup for 20 seconds and mix well
- Serve warm with dipping sauce
