Peanut Butter Pie using Protizyme

INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese (45 g)
- 5 Graham Cracker Sheets (4 Squares ea)
Filling
- 1 Scoop Protizyme Peanut Butter Cookie
- 1 Package Sugar Free, Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (24 g)
- 6 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese (90 g)
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter (12 g)
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (240 mL)
Optional Topping (not included in macros)
- Melted Dark Chocolate Chips
- Peanut Butter Chips
DIRECTIONS
- Crush graham crackers
- Add cream cheese (room temp)
- Press mixture into pie pan and freeze
- In a large bowl, add all filling ingredients
- Blend until smooth
- Pour mixture over crust
- Chill to set
Optional
Melt dark chocolate for drizzle and top with peanut butter chips
