Peanut Butter Pie using Protizyme

With a No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie. It’s cool. It’s creamy. It’s definitely worth celebrating! Our Peanut Butter Cookie Protizyme adds a ton of flavor and the perfect protein boost! Topped with a dark chocolate drizzle and peanut butter chips for the perfect crunch. Sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

INGREDIENTS 

Crust

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese (45 g)
  • 5 Graham Cracker Sheets (4 Squares ea)

Filling

  • 1 Scoop Protizyme Peanut Butter Cookie
  • 1 Package Sugar Free, Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (24 g)
  • 6 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese (90 g)
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter  (12 g)
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (240 mL)

Optional Topping (not included in macros)

  • Melted Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Peanut Butter Chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Crush graham crackers
  • Add cream cheese (room temp)
  • Press mixture into pie pan and freeze
  • In a large bowl, add all filling ingredients
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour mixture over crust
  • Chill to set

Optional

Melt dark chocolate for drizzle and top with peanut butter chips
Store in refrigerator
