To-Die-For Chocolate Sea Salt Truffles
February is the month for all things chocolate! Trying to stay on track? You still deserve a sweet treat (or 9). That’s right!! Each truffle is under 70 calories and low in sugar. A soft, creamy center, covered in a dark chocolate shell and topped with sea salt for the perfect sweet and salty experience. Who needs a Valentine when you have truffles!?
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Scoop Protizyme Chocolate Cake Protein (35 g)
- 6 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter (32 g)
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Flour (24 g)
- 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup (30 g)(calorie free)
- 1/4 cup Canned Pumpkin (60 g)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Dark Chocolate for Coating
- Coarse Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix everything together, minus the dark chocolate
- Chill batter
- Roll batter into balls
- Stick in freezer for a few minutes (easier to work with)
- Melt chocolate (melt about 1/2 cup chips – won’t use it all)
- Coat in chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt
- Let cool to set
- Store in refrigerator
