12 Minute Intense Full Body Tabata Workout

Today’s we are getting through an Intense full body Tabata workout! 3 different circuits that include 2 moves each. 4 Rounds of each circuit to really get that heart rate up! Today’s Tabata format is 20s on + 10s rest. No equipment needed in today’s workout so just follow along as I run you through this series of body weight exercises. It’s going to be good!!
